Exclusive services for Club Teknon patients
Club Teknon offers patients a team of professionals providing personalised attention:
- Club Assistant: the individual responsible for your well-being and that of your companions, dealing with any needs which may arise before and during your stay. Before you arrive, your Personal Assistant will contact you to provide information about the services available at Club Teknon and to ascertain your personal needs. Your Assistant will meet you when you arrive at the centre and will be on hand throughout your stay.
- Private admissions and discharge office: Club Teknon patients are provided with an exclusive office to handle their admission to and discharge from the centre, to ensure they receive a swift, convenient service in processing paperwork and payment. This services is available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Porter: the individual who will accompany you to your room when you arrive, help you settle in and provide you with information about the services available at Club Teknon. When you are discharged your porter will accompany you to the exit (in a wheelchair, if necessary) and will help you with your luggage.
- Left Luggage: Club Teknon patients have access to a left luggage facility on the same floor in case they need to leave their room for medical reasons.
